JUDGE LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
| Novice | Applicants must have won one (1) novice or higher-level trial, completed an approved NSWYDA judging clinic and supplied 3 referees, one of whom was an instructor at the attending judging clinic. |
| Open | Applicants must have judged thee (3) affiliated novice trials, completed an approved NSWYDA judging clinic and supplied 3 referees, one of whom was an instructor at the attending judging clinic. |
| Championship | Applicants must have won one (1) affiliated open trial and judged three (3) affiliated open trials. Completed an approved NSWYDA judging clinic and supplied 3 referees, one of whom was an instructor at the attending judging clinic. |
| Australian | Applicant must have won three (3) affiliated Open trials and judged three (3) Championship trials |
