Trial organiser forms
1. Affiliate
Affiliate your trial with NSW Yard Dog Association
- Affiliations must be completed & paid for minimum of six weeks before your trial date
- Entry forms must be completed and returned to the secretary minimum of four weeks before your trial date
2. Insurance
Must be completed prior to trial and submitted with results
- If you fail to submit your insurance forms; your trial will not be covered by NSWYDA insurance and you may not be affiliated next year
3. Results
Submit your trial results & insurance forms
- Adds points for handlers and dogs
- Submit insurance forms with results
