Trial Entry Forms Trial Organisers should forward Entry Forms for their trial (IN A5 FORMAT), preferrably by email, to The Secretary,together with payment in the sum of $20.00. Once your Entry Form and payment are received by The Secretary, the Entry Form will be posted on the website and included in the upcoming Newsletter. If you require the Entry Form to be only placed on the website (and not in the Newsletter) then the cost will be $10.00.
